Compassion
The
compassion team seeks to be the hands and feet of Jesus by ministering to the
deep needs of our community. At present the primary focus of the compassion team
is our food bank, where people are able to receive a hot meal, prayer, and up to
three meals to take home with them each Sunday. It is a powerful opportunity to
connect with people and reveal Christ's compassion to those who are struggling
to get by. We invite you join us.

Outreach
The
outreach team sponsors a variety of events to reach out to our friends and
neighbors with the love and grace of Christ. Block parties, Alpha courses, and
Christmas Gift Giveaways are just a few of the major events we have done in
years past. We would love to have you get in on the excitement of reaching our

Connecting
The
connecting team works to welcome people into the community of faith at
Wellspring. Their desire is to demonstrate the hospitality of Christ to
everyone. From greeting people on Sundays to calling visitors during the week to
sponsoring newcomers gatherings throughout the year, the connecting team is
eager to help people discern whether God is calling them to make Wellspring

Worship
The
worship team works to usher people into the wonder of God's grace and glory
through vibrant music, biblical preaching, and holy communion each Sunday. The
band, readers, preachers, altar guild, ushers, and chalice bearers all have a
vital role to play on this team. We would love to have you assist us in leading

Children's Education
We
are blessed with an abundance of children each Sunday. They have a special time
to learn about Jesus and have fun together here at Wellspring. Please contact us

Adult Education
Here
at Wellspring we seek to help God's people keep in step with God's Spirit by
providing resources that renew our minds in accordance with the truth of Jesus
Christ. Through a variety of classes (usually offered on Sunday mornings), we
seek to live as students of God's word and God's world so that we may engage our
culture with the gospel of Jesus Christ more effectively and more faithfully. If
you are interested in hearing more about the opportunities to learn and grow
through study, we would love to talk to you about this exciting aspect of

Youth
The
youth ministry team reaches out to both the junior and senior high students
within Wellspring and those in our community. They have drawn a number of kids
together who do not have any church background. They meet on Monday nights at
the church and would love to have you come and get involved in what God is doing

Koinonia
The
koinonia team provides small group opportunities where people are able to
connect with Jesus and one another and deepen their faith together. In
Lifegroups we study scripture, and pray for one another. They provide a
wonderful way to get to know others while developing your understanding of
scripture. In Discipleship Communities we pursue a life a radical discipleship
together by setting growth goals and supporting one another in our efforts to
walk with Jesus. They provide a more intense opportunity to get to know people

Pastoral Care
The
pastoral care team seeks to provide the love and compassion of Christ to those
in our church who are hurting or in need of assistance. The pastoral care team
covers a variety of needs from providing meals in times of need to visiting
those who are sick to sharing the Eucharist with those who are unable to join us
on Sunday. We invite you to join us in sharing Christ's compassion with those in

Prayer
The
prayer team has a passion to see our love and trust in God expressed through
prayer. We seek to nourish our souls and extend God’s Kingdom to broken lives
through various prayer ministries. From Sunday morning prayer before service to
the prayer ministry during communion, we deeply desire to embrace God’s loving
presence and dynamic power through prayer. If you would like to get involved or

Communication
The
communication team works to keep the community of Wellspring well informed and
up to date regarding what's going on here through creative newsletters, emails,
and webpages. We also seek to publicize the work God is doing at Wellspring to
